Our Programs
As part of the Globethics network, YADEMA plays a key role in internalizing ethical values within various institutions across the Asia-Pacific region. Through this focus, YADEMA contributes to global ethics in three main areas:
Ethical Education & Research
We provide workshops, training, and research initiatives to integrate ethical principles into leadership, business, and governance.
Consultation on Ethical Leadership and Other Related Ethics
To support ethics-based governance, YADEMA promotes benchmarking and institutional capacity building.
Community Engagement & Advocacy
YADEMA actively shapes the next generation of ethical leaders through initiatives such as the Globethics Fellowship and the Globethics Doctoral School, which instills ethical values in society.
