On Saturday (11/15), the second Leadership Café session focused on two important topics in leadership: Active Listening and Conflict Resolution.
In the first activity, participants explored active listening skills, from giving full attention to providing feedback to the other person. The material also touched on various challenges in listening, such as ego, impatience, and cultural differences.

In the second activity, participants learned conflict resolution skills. They were presented with right vs. right options, practiced discussing ethical decisions, and argued wisely and effectively.
With these two skills, participants are expected to become more empathetic leaders in facing various challenges, both in their daily lives and in their communities. Next, participants will be introduced to WISE+ for ethical decision-making. Stay tuned!
