In September 2025, YADEMA launched WISE+, an ethical decision-making framework designed to support individuals and organizations in navigating increasingly complex dilemmas. WISE+ was developed as an integral component of the Responsible Leadership Course and crafted by Responsible Leadership Master Trainers, drawing on prior field training experience and empirical research.
The framework guides users through a systematic process of identifying the values at stake, relevant stakeholders, short- and long-term consequences, and the power dynamics influencing decisions. Rather than offering instant answers, WISE+ provides a reflective structure that strengthens moral consistency and accountability.

Its development was informed by field research, including the Right vs Right study, which highlighted how many professional dilemmas in Indonesia emerge when two legitimate values collide. WISE+ responds to this reality by offering a contextual and practical analytical tool tailored to Indonesia’s social and organizational landscape.
In November 2025, the framework was piloted at the Leadership Café ActWISE+, a dialogue forum bringing together young leaders from various communities in Yogyakarta. The pilot phase allowed participants to apply WISE+ in real discussions, testing its capacity to structure ethical reasoning in live decision-making scenarios
Formally registered under Indonesian intellectual property law, WISE+ now serves as a strategic asset for YADEMA in building scalable ethical leadership capacity across sectors, from higher education institutions to professional organizations.
