This session comes with new energy! Yes, in line with the theme “WISE+ Ethical Decision-Making Tool,” participants began to learn about the WISE+ ethical decision-making framework developed by YADEMA.
Through this framework, participants learn to identify problems, explore various solutions, evaluate options through an ethical lens, and execute ethical decisions. The framework provides a clear structure while remaining flexible enough to address complex, non-linear real-world situations.
Not only did they explore the concept, but they also learned to apply WISE+ in various field case studies, such as conflicts of interest and injustice.
In the next session, participants will be invited to share their experiences of ethical dilemmas in interacting with the community and explore the implementation of the WISE+ framework further. Stay tuned! 👀
