On September 13, we walked together through paddy fields, rivers, and temples in the Mandala Eco-Walking Tour, a guided journey to reconnect with nature, reflect on environmental ethics, and practice mindful clean-up along the way.
Throughout the walk, we were reminded that connecting to nature is essential and deeply nourishing for spiritual healing. Every step offered a moment to slow down, breathe, and feel more grounded in the beauty around us.
The experience of picking up trash along the path became a powerful reflection on how plastic has quietly become part of our daily lives, a gentle reminder to live more consciously and to care for the spaces we share.
Through this journey, we learned to move with awareness, deepen our respect, and build a more mindful relationship with the earth.
