This presence is part of the efforts to strengthen the dialogue on the development and implementation of ethical, inclusive, and public-interest-oriented Artificial Intelligence (AI). <\/p>\n\n<p><br\/>Prior to the broadcast, YADEMA\u2013Globethics attended a recording session held on July 9, 2026, at the CNN Indonesia Studio in Jakarta. The organization was represented by <strong>Lakhsmi Subandi<\/strong>, Chairperson of YADEMA and Globethics East Asia Pacific Regional Manager, and <strong>Farah Amini<\/strong>, Global Engagement and Event Consultant at YADEMA. This opportunity also served as a space for dialogue and the exchange of perspectives with leaders from the government, industry, academia, and technology sectors regarding the direction of AI development in Indonesia and the world.  <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/yadema.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/tbif_9-juli-108-1024x683.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-849\" srcset=\"https:\/\/yadema.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/tbif_9-juli-108-1024x683.webp 1024w, https:\/\/yadema.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/tbif_9-juli-108-300x200.webp 300w, https:\/\/yadema.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/tbif_9-juli-108-768x512.webp 768w, https:\/\/yadema.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/tbif_9-juli-108-1536x1024.webp 1536w, https:\/\/yadema.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/tbif_9-juli-108-2048x1365.webp 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p><br\/>As part of the event series, <strong>Paola G\u00e1lvez Callirgos<\/strong>, AI Ethics Manager at Globethics, was a keynote speaker in a presentation session titled: <strong><em>Beyond Compliance: Making Responsible AI Your Competitive Edge.<\/em><\/strong> In her presentation, Paola emphasized that AI ethics should not be viewed merely as a regulatory compliance obligation, but rather as a strategic advantage capable of building stakeholder trust, reducing the risk of costly failures, protecting organizational reputation, and producing more resilient and sustainable AI systems.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/yadema.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/tbif_9-juli-084-1024x683.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-851\" srcset=\"https:\/\/yadema.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/tbif_9-juli-084-1024x683.webp 1024w, https:\/\/yadema.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/tbif_9-juli-084-300x200.webp 300w, https:\/\/yadema.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/tbif_9-juli-084-768x512.webp 768w, https:\/\/yadema.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/tbif_9-juli-084-1536x1024.webp 1536w, https:\/\/yadema.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/tbif_9-juli-084-2048x1365.webp 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p><br\/>The forum also featured several national and international figures, including <strong>Alfreno Kautsar Ramadhan<\/strong> (Special Staff to the Indonesian Minister of Communication and Digital Affairs), <strong>Stella Christie<\/strong> (Indonesian Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology), <strong>Astrid Dita<\/strong> (Head of AI &amp; Innovation, Tony Blair Institute for Global Change APAC), <strong>Hammam Riza<\/strong> (President of KORIKA), and was moderated by <strong>Desi Anwar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p><br\/>YADEMA\u2013Globethics&#8217; participation in this forum aligns with the organization&#8217;s commitment to promoting responsible technology governance and expanding cross-sector collaboration in the face of rapid AI development.
